News: If At First You Don’t Succeed

Posted by Henry Tue, 03 Jul 2012
Tonight Prezzo was on the prowl, after spending the evening flirting and getting a lap dance from Jannette he then set his sights on Talia.

The rapper had tried to get up close and personal with the Zambian dame earlier on the evening but she shot him down. But clearly Prezzo motto is if at first you don’t succeed, try again. After Jannette passed out by the couch the Kenyan headed outside to have one on one time with the Zambian.

He tried his best to put the moves on pretty lady, dropping pickup lines he even told her, “Don’t call me Prezzo, call me baby.” Although she was clearly not interested in him she still indulged the conversation for a while up until Prezzo but eventually she got annoyed with Prezzo constantly bringing up Seydou in the conversation and his sly jokes about him being a better man for her than the Angolan.

News: Junia And Jannette To Fight?

To the Upvillers who hadn’t tasted enough of Jannette when intoxicated have today saw  how wild she can go.
It started with  a simple drink from the garden and the Ugandan petite took  her usual amount that turns her into something else.
She started her usual ways and shouted to the Housemates asking them who is more beautiful in the House.
With her brain occupied by alcohol she started calling herself the  ”First lady ” by mere sitting on Prezzo‘s (President) body.
Seeing that they couldn’t contain her, Keitta pulled her away and took her inside the House and she went directly to the bedroom.
A while  later, we heard Junia shouting  saying that she was sick and tired of Jannette. Malonza took the responsibility to tell Jannette what she had  done  she apologised to it.
An angry Junia came downstairs up to the garden telling how Jannette threw at her a bag with beer bottles in it. Junia was so pissed saying that Jannette was sober and did that with an intention.
However, the fellow Housemates  Talia, Wati and Keitta tried to explain to Junia that Jannette was drunk but she couldn’t  admit it. Junia too  asked for a drink to see whether she could do the same to Jannette.
Junia’s point was that Jannette was sober and she did this just because she knows that she(Junia )loves Malonza. Talking of this she said that she can leave Malonza for her if its what she wants.
At this time, Jannette was in the lounge glued in Prezzo’s arms who tried to comfort her while listening to the accusations  from outside.
Later on Junia managed to cool down with a glass of booze. The followed moments she was with Malonza  kissing.
According to what Jannette does when intoxicated,Will she manage to   live together in the same House with Junia  peacefully?

News: Jannette Hits on Prezzo

Tue, 03 Jul 2012
As the days go by it is beginning to look like Prezzo meant it when he said that he was through with Goldie. Barely 24 hours since the Downvillers entered Upville it seems as if the celebrity Housemate wants a piece of the Downville girls.

The Kenyan tried his luck on Talia, as the Housemates all gathered together for a drinking session outside he called her to sit next to him but she shot him down. He had much better luck though with a drunken Jannette.

Throughout the night the two stayed close, flirting and cuddling with each other. The petite StarGamer sat on his lap and even started grinding on him as he grins from ear to ear.

StarGame’s chief trouble starter, Keagan stepped in and asked Jannette if she and Prezzo would be hitting it tonight. Jannette then turned to the rapper and asked: “Prezzo do you want me to?” “Of course baby girl,” he said with a naughty smirk.

Later a clearly intoxicated Jannette got into a disagreement with Junia and Talia advised her to just go to bed and sleep it off. But Prezzo interjected and pulled Jannette closer to him and said, “I want Jannette by my side.” Hmmm… it could be that this was just harmless flirting but then again they do say a drunk tongue speaks a sober mind.

News: Keagan  Replaces Malonza For Eviction.

From the  held nominations earlier this morning, Lady May  was leading the chopping block with a total number of five votes followed by  Uganda’s  Kyle with three votes. Goldie, Prezzo, Junia and Keagan had two votes each  while Keitta,Alex, Malonza and Jannette had gathered one vote each.
This means that Lady May won by 25%, Kyle 15% while those who got two votes got 10% and those with one vote came out with  5%. The Housemates were emphasised not to talk  about their nominations  until the right time comes.
All gathered in the lounge, it was time for Biggie to reveal to the Housemates the names of those who were put on the chopping block.  Using his alphabetic order technique, Biggie mentioned, Goldie, Junia,Keagan,Kyle,Lay May and Prezzo.

As it is a policy that the Head of House has to save one Housemate from the evictions and replace that Housemate with another one, so did Keagan.
When called in the Diary Room,Keagan saved himself from the evictions but faced a problem in replacing as he was mentioning the already nominated housemates. A while later after thinking, Keagan replaced himself with Malonza.
This means that the Housemates who are to battle in this week’s eviction will be Goldie,Junia,Kyle,Lady May, Malonza and Prezzo and atleast one of them will be evicted on Sunday.
The question is “Who will Africa save?”………………Start voting for your favorite Housemate NOW.

News: Goldie Motivated.

This evening the Nigerian songstress was  brought to normal moods by the girls Jannette, Junia and Talia.
The conversation started between Goldie and Junia in which Junia was describing all the new characters from Downville to Goldie. With Kyle centered ,Junia told Goldie how the Ugandan lad behaves in a very funny way.
Later on as the conversation was growing bigger,  Jannette and Talia joined the duo and made a bigger crew. The four started dishing a conversation  from which Goldie’s teeth were not seen closed.
Jannette proved to be a very good fan of Goldie right from the beginning when she  had not joined Upville and even as  soon as she had entered the House, the first person she spoke to was Goldie.
Goldie couldn’t contain her happiness whenever Jannette said that she loves and feels her music especially” Don’t touch ma body”.The evening was made colorful to Goldie by this motivation and she has never been seen in this happy state ever since she came to the game.
A while  after, the  four girls talked about their favorite  international artists and the songs which make them go gaga.
Could this be the crew that suits Goldie’s desires or they caught her at the right time with  a right conversation that makes her happy?
At this time ,Lady May was  with the boys also dishing a lengthy chat that she looked happy with.
After merging, the Housemates look more lively. Should  we expect more drama   coming?

Diary Room: Prezzo Bashes Lady May

Diary Room: Prezzo Bashes Lady May
With Barbz out of the House it looks like Prezzo has found himself a new frenemy in Lady May. The celebrity bad boy has never been one to bottle up his opinions and today the rapper waxed lyrical about Lady May and what he deems to be her insecurities.

According to the rapper the Namibian is cold and calculating and the arrival of the Downvillers in Upville has put a thorn in her StarGame plans. “She is like a tortoise, she keeps hiding in this shell. But I gave you my word that she was not gonna hide inside her shell for long and true to my word the other day she popped out,” he dished to Big Brother.

This conversation was sparked by Big Brother’s query any of the Upville Housemates feel intimidated by the new Housemates. The Kenyan considers Lady May as quite the strategist and he believes that he has her all figured and will not fall her timid act and neither will Africa. “I have known her whole strategy and personally I think it sucks. She is insulting the intelligence of Africa and the rest of the Housemates.”

It has become clear that there are many in Upville that share Prezzo’s discontent with Lady May, today the Namibian singer received the most Nominations for this week’s Eviction.

News: Chirpy Lady May

Who ever said that Lady May would never change her character or call it strategy for any thing in the world definitely never did their home work very well.
The Namibian song bird has finally opened up thanks to yesterday’s turn of events that saw the two houses merged meaning that Downville was closed and all housemates would stay in the luxurious VIP section.
Lady May has of late become close to Junia and newbie Kyle. The singer and Kyle spent a great part of the morning having a one on one, sharing jokes and talking about their lives and careers. Kyle became the comedian of the day as he told the singer some of his jokes, this got the ever serious Lady May laughing out loudly.
She spent the rest of the morning having fun unusually and she confirmed this when she confided in Biggie that the newcomers were very funny and great people to associate with.
She thanked Big Brother for his latest twist of merging the houses which led to her great day courtesy of Kyle.
Lady could eat her own words because she has always made it a point not to get so personal with other housemates but from the looks of it, the singer is in a surprise. Former Downville boys Kyle and Alex as well as Junia are giving her great company. Could signal the end of an era filled with keeping to herself and sleeping out side? Well, only time will tell.
It’s really a great feeling to see Lady May getting along with other housemates and having a great time.

News: Hard work Drowns Lady May!

Should we really call it hard work or weird characters?
In the nominations held this morning, Lady May emerged the  winner but all the reasons given by the Housemates for nominating her were related to “her  weird characters” as Housemates were claiming.
Prezzo gave a reason that He was nominating  Lady May just because she was treating herself so  special and independent. He added that she pissed him off when he met her trying to clean the whole House alone and she never called for help from any other person!
Keitta also gave a reason for nominating the Namibian being that she lives an independent life and does all her things alone.” I didn’t feel happy when I saw her doing the cleaning alone and later she was doing all the kitchen work, cooking, washing dishes all alone. I think she is not real.” Keitta told Biggie.
A surprise came from Malonza a new Housemate  who said that he was nominating Lady May because she looks a bit reserved and distant from other Housemates . He also added that she is a person he saw in one day and looked to be doing things by herself.
Here we have to ask ourselves,” Is it hard work that is drowning Lady May or its her weird characters?”
The Namibian is known for doing all the Housework alone , lives a personal and independent life, being a reserved person and so many other ways as the Hoiusemates were describing her.
Do you think that the Housemates were right to nominate Lady May for such reasons, or there had to be  more other genuine  reasons apart from that?

News: Talia Breaks Down In Diary Room

Eviction survivor Talia shed tears during her first diary room session since her sensational upgrade yesterday.
Talia was speaking about how her sister had been evicted and told Big Brother that she hopes that she had nothing to do with her sister’s eventual eviction.
Talia was kept in the game thanks to Africa with 12 country votes while her sister Tamara was evicted without any country. When Talia spoke about her sister she all of sudden became emotional and sobbed over the talk with Biggie in the diary room.
Talia’s conscience seemed perturbed as she said: “I really hope she is okay wherever she is. I hope I did not play a role in her eventual Eviction.”
She added that she was aware of how her sister wanted so much to make it to Upville and may be things could have been different if at all they did not have the fights in Downville.
Biggie comforted and encouraged her to keep playing the game because he was sure that Tamara wishes her all the best and that she’s definitely doing alright wherever she may be.
She left the diary room with some calmness thanks to Biggie’s ever comforting words.
