News: Talia Fights Over Seydou

Posted Mon, 09 Jul 2012

Talia was given a tough time by Keitta, over her relationship with Seydou.

The Housemates decided to spend most of their evening in the Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, after a couple of drinks, the gang discussed the relationships that have sprung up since StarGame began. All eyes were on Talia as she expressed her love for Seydou. "I am not saying I know it all but me and him connected without a doubt. It does not matter that it happened in the House," Talia said.

Keitta was having none of that and gave her a tough time about her relationship with Seydou. The two argued back and forth for close to an hour until Talia was eventually driven to tears. Keagan then jumped in to calm the situation down. "Who are we to think they should not be together. She sees something in him and we cannot try to change her mind. Don't judge them. They could be together forever," Keagan said.

Keitta then rushed to Talia's side and apologised for offending her. The two then whispered into each others ears and seemed to be hashing out their differences.

After about ten minutes, the two were all smiles and peace was restored again.

News: Comforting Goldie
Right on cue, Goldie was hit by an anxiety attack after she found out she is Nominated for possible Eviction this week.

Talia and Jannette quickly rushed to the Nigerian's side and tried to give her a pep talk. The girls told her she is strong and people will most likely save her. "Don't worry about anything girl. You are strong," the girls said.

Goldie was still not convinced and asked the girls what she had done to deserve a Nomination. "What have I done to people in this House? Who have I offended?"

Talia and Jannette quickly reminded Goldie that this is a game after all and should always remember that and not take things to heart.

News: Keitta And Kyle Fight.

There is no friendship that doesn’t get messed up. Kyle and Keitta  are believed to be good friends and no one of the two misses to talk about the other when asked his best friends in the House.
In the evening a few minutes after the nominations revelation, the two friends had a verbal fight  and were almost getting at each other’s throat.
The fight escalated from  the drinking game where Keitta  got a little  bit pissed and  Kyle told him  not to get mad because it was just a game. Keitta mus have heard this statement in a different way as for him thought that Kyle told him that he is mad.
Keitta got pissed at Kyle asking him how dare he insults him to be mad.
Kyle tried to explain to his buddy that he wasn’t meaning being insane but couldn’t listen. He told him that he was trying to tell him not to get pissed but not that he is mad.
Seeing that the situation was worsening, Biggie called Keitta in the Diary room and Later Kyle  for some counseling.
Coming out the Diary room, Keitta still looked pissed and might have taken it personal.
Does this mean that these two people’s friendship has come to an end?

Save and Replace : It's Kyle's Head!

Save and Replace : It's Kyle's Head!
Head of House Keagan dodged the Eviction bullet once more and put Kyle up for possible Eviction instead.

The South African has grown quite accustomed to the 'Save and Replace' Diary Session. Just last week, Keagan sat in that same chair, saved himself and put Malonza up in his place. Sadly, Malonza did not survive the Eviction chop and was sent packing alongside his kissing buddy, Junia.

This week, Keagan dragged Kyle to the gallows, as the race towards the Big brother StarGame Finale heats up.
It is becoming increasingly difficult for the Housemates to Nominate each other and we have even seen lovers Nominating each other. Hey, it's a game after all!

It is interesting to note that all the Housemates that were selected for possible Eviction last week, are facing the Eviction chop this week.

These are; Goldie, Kyle, Lady May and Prezzo.

Nominations: Lady May & Prezzo Lead

Nominations: Lady May & Prezzo Lead
Lady May got the highest Nominations followed by Prezzo, Keagan and Goldie.

With everyone but Talia nominating the Namibian singer, they cited that she is cagey, fake or antisocial. Keagan put Prezzo up because he was following his gut feel. "I feel like he has a hidden agenda so I can't trust him," the Head of House said. Kyle said Prezzo was overprotective over Goldie while his country mate Alex said he was too selfish.

Apart from Jannette nominating Keagan solely because he is the HoH and can save himself, Goldie thinks he's the biggest instigator of trouble around the House. Meanwhile, Wati put Goldie up because he can't really comprehend her strategy while Keitta simply said "she's acting for the cameras."
Wati, Alex, Kyle, Jannette and Keitta all had one nomination each. Talia nominated Jannette and Alex just so they too can have a taste of being on the chopping block. Talia also quoted the fact that these two had fellow country mates in the House.

News: Lady May Tops Up For Eviction List

Lady May has yet again topped the nomination list with a total of eight votes. Lady may just survived evictions last night where she was saved by Africa with a total of five and half votes. Housemates seem to be determined to end Namibia’s quest for Biggie’s prize as they have kept on nominating Lady May who is currently the only remaining Namibian representative after Jessica and Junia have been evicted from the house.

Nomination List

1. Keagan Nominated Lady May and Prezzo
2. Kyle Nominated Lady May and Prezzo
3. Wati Nominated Lady May and  Goldie
4. Jannette Nominated Lady May and Keagan
5. Keitta  Nominated Lady May and Goldie
6. Alex Nominated  Lady May and Prezzo
7. Prezzo Nominated Lady May and Wati
8. Goldie Nominated Lady May and Keagan
9. Lady May Nominated Keagan and Keita
10. Talia Nominated Alex and Janatte

This weeks sacrifices were Lady May and Prezzo as Kyle and Alex sacrificed these two close friends. Kyle nominated Lady May whom he has been admiring. The Ugandan rep made a move on Lady May telling her that he adores her but today decided to put her up for eviction, it seem his vote was not misplaced since Lady May also nominated kyle. Alex on the other hand sacrificed his country Man Prezzo on grounds that his selfish.

News: Wati Reprimanded

News: Wati Reprimanded
It looks like Wati is in Biggie's bad books again.

Big Brother took a swipe at Wati in the Diary Room this afternoon. Last week, the Malawian Housemate was banned from indulging in alcohol, after making a nuisance of himself, one too many times. However, Wati has clearly had a hard time stepping away from the bottle and has ignored Biggie's ban on several occasions.

When Big Brother called him out on his continued drinking, Wati scrambled for an excuse, stumbled over his words and seemed genuinely stuck. He then admitted that he had had a couple of beers on Saturday, as well as champagne last night.

Big Brother then abruptly ended the StarGamer's Diary Session, without delving deeper into the issue.

Uh oh! Looks like someone is in deep trouble!

News: Alcohol Ban Lifted

News: Alcohol Ban Lifted
Big Brother has lifted Wati's alcohol ban.

There was excitement and cheers in the House when Big Brother decided to lift Wati's alcohol ban. Wati was banned from drinking, following a series of alcohol fueled nights that caused discourse in the House.

This evening, Head of House Keagan was directed to pass on the good news. "Wati's alcohol ban has been lifted because he has shown a willingness to adjust and control his behaviour," Keagan said.

Wati is expected to drink responsibly and show respect to the viewers, by behaving in a civilised manner.

The same goes for the rest of the StarGamers.

Diary Room: Open Happiness!

Diary Room: Open Happiness!
While Prezzo serenaded Biggie in his Diary session, Goldie rendered a booty hop.

Clearly excitement was in the air for the two love birds as they offered this entertainment without being prompted by anyone.

Asked how his weekend was, the evidently elated Prezzo said he was over the moon after surviving his first nomination and to add the icing on the cake, his girl Goldie was saved too.

Goldie on the other hand just jumped off the big maroon couch and started booty hopping when Big Brother asked how she feels.

Surviving Evictions really put a smile on Goldie's face considering how gloomy she has been for a good part of last week, up to a few hours before Evictions.

Nominations: How Housemates Scored

After the afternoon Nomination Diary Room Sessions, it’s now clear which of the ten housemates are up for possible eviction on Sunday.
Namibian singer Lady May was a common denominator during the nomination diary sessions. Most of the housemates who nominated her cited her anti-social character and weird behavior as the main reasons why they nominated her.
From the results, Lady May, Prezzo, Goldie and Keagan may be up for possible eviction. Of course Keagan will exercise his Head of House powers and save himself. This would mean having to replace himself with one of the housemates.
Here is how housemates scored;
Lady May=8 votes.
Prezzo=3 votes.
Goldie=2 votes.
Keagan=2 votes.
Wati=1 vote.
Kyle=1 vote.
Jannette= 1 vote.
Alex= 1 vote.
Talia= Nil

Gossip: Kenya & Namibia Had Conflicting Loyalties

After an intense nomination week that saw two countries; Kenya and Namibia each having two of their own nominated for possible eviction, it was definitely a hard decision for voters to decide on who they were going to save.
Kenya’s Prezzo and Malonza as well as Namibia’s Lady May and Junia were up for eviction last week but from the look of things, their respective voters surely had a hard time deciding on who to save. While others would prefer voting for their already established celebrities; Prezzo and Lady May, other voters preferred voting for celebrity newbies Malonza and Junia though the pair did not make it.
You will not blame voters for whatever reason they had for saving those they preferred over others. Some masses will most probably assure you that they voted for their already established celebrities because they know what they are capable of doing and apart from that, these are artistes who have a huge fan base already while Junia and Malonza are just building theirs. However, those who would have loved to save celebrity newbies also have their own convincing reasons.
Malonza and Junia were undoubtedly very interesting housemates right from the start because from social net works, viewers are definitely going to miss the pair’s company.
As for Malonza being evicted courtesy of Keagan‘s replace and save session, he would probably have survived the chop block but unfortunately, he was up against a strong housemate Prezzo who beat him to the Kenyan vote.
Junia also is openly regarded as an entertaining housemate but Namibia seemed to have been spoilt for choice and thus the justification for whatever they decided to do.
Thus Kenya and Namibia may not regret for what they did because it’s a game and perhaps had to save one and lose one. All the same, both countries still have reps in the house, as for Kenya, she’s still being represented by two housemates, therefore they still have some good time in the house.
When it comes to conflicting loyalties, everyone is always faced with a hard time trying to come up with a decision they ought not to regret in the future.
Who would you have saved if you were Kenya or Namibia? Prezzo/Malonza or Lady May/Junia?
