Big Brother Africa diva Karen Igho recently visited the Abuja Children’s Home as a Star Guest at the vaccination exercise against the killer Herpertitis B virus.
Karen said she was so surprised the children at the Abuja orphanage home had watched her on Big Brother Africa!
