Gossip: Tamara happy with Mampi’s support

TAMARA’s press briefing was one of the shortest if we are to go by what other Big Brother Africa Stargame evictees have had.
The reason is simple; the Zambian diva somewhat lived a straight and less questionable lifestyle in the Downville house attracting less media curiosity.
Most of the questions that were to be directed at Tamara were answered whilst she was still in the house as she made it candidly clear that she would not tolerate any relationship in the house and would tell off anyone with similar attempts.
Just as we said in our last Saturday’s up-date, Tamara re-affirmed our statement to the media as she said “I led a very covered life in the house and the issue to do with relationships are things that I could not just do.”
However, Tamara revealed that it was fortunate that the Nigerian duo Ola and Chris left prematurely because Ola would have somewhat attracted her interest.
Tamara who arrived on Wednesday around 13:00 hours aboard South African Airways was apart from her family received at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka by the Zambian evicted housemate Mampi.

Tamara who screamed with joy upon seeing Mampi waiting for her with a bouquet, said she was humbled and in high spirits to see Mampi come all the way to receive her in a dignified manner at the airport.
She said this is a good message to other artistes that they should support each other at all times.
Tamara stressed the point of supporting each other during the press briefing at Southern Sun Hotel that it was very demoralising to see some Zambians leaving in South Africa giving her a cold shoulder.
“I met some Zambians in South Africa when I was with the two former Angolan housemates Weza and Seydo.
When Weza told the Zambian ladies that I was the Zambian girl just evicted from the Big brother house what they said was shocking.
They just said so what?” she complained.
This is the second complaint by a Zambian Big Brother representative about the cold reception exhibited by Zambians out there.

Mampi gave a similar complaint during her eviction press briefing that some of her former housemates wondered why Zambians hated each other so much.
Now, tomorrow is yet another big day as the nominated housemates will be standingefore the African jury to get the verdict of who will be saying goodbye to the US$ 300,000.
The competition is getting hot with the Zambian girl Talia still in it though on Monday she will be exposed to nominations though we strongly feel that she is likely to go unnominated.
We still feel Talia has not given the fellow housemates a good reason why she should be put on the chopping block though sometimes she can get naughty too in a playful manner.
Ngetty, my South African colleague tells me that Talia, Jannette and Junia playfully shut off the staircase as Wati made his way up to the bedroom from the shower.
The girls playfully demanded to see a baffled Wati’s package.
Keagan seemed amused at the stand-off that ensued as Wati tried to bribe his way out of the situation.
“Drop the towel,” Talia demanded, as Junia tried to tug at the Malawian’s towel, which hung precariously off his body.

After it became obvious that there would be no flashing of any goodies, Keagan suggested that the girls divide themselves into two teams and then have two representatives take a peek at Wati’s privates.
“Thereafter, it will be a free for all,” he enthused.
Wati finally made a run for it after Jannette moved from her position on the stairs.
This clearly shows that Malawi’s Wati who entered the Upville together with Talia has already made his presence felt even attracting big brother’s wrath.
The Malawian was punished after an argument erupted between him and Alex.
This was after a heavy drinking spree by the Malawian who failed to control himself.
Drama continues in the house and we know that you are expecting our prediction of who will be leaving the house tomorrow but we would rather keep it close to our chest this time around so that you may enjoy the drama even more.
