Keagan Clears Up the Talia State of Affairs

Keagan is definitely not one to shy away from controversy. This morning, the Big Brother StarGame winner cleared up the rumors and confusion about the Talia situation and more via his Facebook fan page. In his own words…
“Ok so clearly it’s not easy being a BBA winner, I took a nap last night and clearly did not wake up again even through my alarm, Im sorry, so I basically just wanted to clear the air with a few things because I’ve got hundreds of messages with the same questions, first of all I don’t have a blackberry so no pins.
Secondly the whole Talia situation we are remaining friends, she has chosen to be with Sey which i don’t have a problem with, and she did not post the status the other day about Sey being her booboo as it was a fake account.
And to some people I’ve done over 50 interviews in the past week all across Africa, that’s for those of you who don’t see to see me often, and my first party will be next Friday at the Galaxy, from 10:30pm i’ll be there, entrance is free till 7pm, then R10 till 10pm and thereafter it will be R50 at the door.
Watch out for my next interview with all access will be coming out soon, and I will only have one personal Facebook page to follow me you will have to link up with my Keagan Petersen fan page…and coming to other cities in SA, other countries in Africa lots of organising has to be done, I will keep you posted as to my where abouts….aaah I hope this answers a few questions!! Thank you much love!” Keagan Petersen

Talia, Mampi, Tamara get welcome party

Posted on Aug 24, 2012
MAMPI, Tamara and Talia.
ZAMBIA’S representatives in the recently ended Big Brother Africa StarGame, won by South African Keagan, last Saturday night got a welcome party at LIV nightclub, Diamonds of Lusaka, along Kafue Road. And it was a welcome party indeed! With performances from JK, Ma Africa and Mampi, it was a perfect party for the diva herself, Tamara and Talia. Oh, and there was a flurry of adoring fans wanting a close-up with Talia especially.
For the reporters, the question to ask was whether Talia and Keagan have talked about the future of their friendship, particularly after the reality television show, both had said they will be talking things over in the coming weeks.
But an excited brother of her’s, who also claimed to be her manager, was not going to allow questions around. “You can ask anything, but not that subject,” he told this writer even though Talia had appeared willing to discuss the subject.
Talia, Tamara and Mampi arrived at LIV shortly after 21:00 hours, by which time, the place was teeming people. LIV is known for getting busier after 22:00 hours. And even though it did that just last Saturday, it was still relatively busy by 21:00 hours. And with DJ LBC and K-Smash anchoring the function, it was all systems go.
Mampi, who was first to arrive, was obviously more comfortable performing on stage than she was in the Big Brother house. This was familiar ground for her.
However, the first to perform was the kwaito group, Ma Africa. The group, which is under K-Army Records and is known for songs such as Fantasy, Inseparable and Mu Tumba, brought some presence to the stage with its unique dancing style.
JK as usual changed the complexion of the night. He started with acapella performances of such songs as Ba Neighbour. The trip down memory lane was good. Who can forget that album? After what was largely a disappointing second album, which came after that phenomenal self-titled debut album, JK announced and proved that he was no one hit wonder with JK-III, which birthed hit songs like Ba Neighbour, Forever and Chichetekelo.
For most musicians, there is always preference to perform new songs. That is understandable in the world of pop. However, most fans do like these musicians performing some old songs. Who would not want to see JK perform songs like Ka Silimu, Lubine, Balekuzembeleka and Ka Gelo?

Peeling back Prezzo’s mask

Going into the Big Brother Africa Stargame (BBA) House, ni***z had a different impression of  the Prezzo who went in, than they did of the Prezzo who came out three months layter. Yet Prezzo didn’t change, at all, in those 91 days …
Watt changed waz the perception of peeps, once they got to know Jackson Ngechu, the dude; and not Prezzo — the showbiz media made myth . . .
I knew Prezzo was a great dude right 4rm the mid-oh-ohs, when he waz the only top-notch celeb who showed at a rock gig I gat @ a Museum Hill club long-gone.
Prezzo got floss…
Before he checked into the BBA Stargame, a lotta niccas were like “that guy flosses too mux’’, just coz as a young ‘un, he had the glitz idea of hopping fences with a heli-chopper.
But I alwez insussed here that Prezzo was down to earth, no pun intended; a humble dude who adores his ole ladie.
Prezzo got babes…
Peeps also didn’t like el Prezzo coz they saw he had too many chickas o’er the years — from luvlee Nikki, to Daisy, to Joy … But in the BBA House, we all saw how a chicka like Goldie stuck to Prezzo like chewin gum to a shoe. Far as I know, the only chiquitta Prezzo calls ‘baby’ is his dote, whom he luvs wit all his moyo …
Prezzo is a life-ist…
Peeps thot Prezzo lived life too excess — watt wit the cheddar, bubbly, parties, motis n bling. He waz easy to hayte on. But they 4got the boy is a lifer too; yaani, ameona life! Departed dad, dead BFF (Nazixi’s bro, Feroze), court cases, excess hayters … BBA showed some that Prezzo is a human who has suffered ka-sisi.
Prezzo is grilled…
Sum folks thot Prezzo waz just a loud-mdomo in grillz, who is full o braggadaccio n machismo. In BBA house, shock on dem, they saw a sensitive, well-spoken jamaa, wit a really cool sense of humour.
Prezzo is indolent…
Then there waz this curious impression of Prezzo as some lazy dude, who just swatches n wakes up to spend. In that House, we saw Prezzo as one of the hard-working house-mates, n some peeps came to realise while they hayte n lay on their buttskis, peeps like Prezzo get their shizzle done.
Prezzo is dumb…
This is the wrong impression of Prezzo dat shocked Smitta most — dat, somehow, the lad is kinda blonde. In reality (TV), he turned out to be this sharp, talented dude with really intelligent Diary Room sessions. N he is street-smart too!
Prezzo is a caricature…
Peeps like to brand others — mostlee as a caricature. In Prezzo’s case —  a blinged-out lazy lifeist who likes babes n bubbly — waatt they forgot, n BBA brought out, was his strong character.
Prezzo is a loser
Coz of the grace to grass roller-coaster ride Prezzo’s life had taken in the last coupla years, some peeps were ready to laugh @ him n wryte him off. Yet he repped us better than most of our Olympians in London twente-tweloff — n wen he landed 4 his bash in Carni two  weeks ago, dude was the toast of the town.

Prezzo Dumps Wife For Goldie…Plans Wedding With Her Soon

Posted on Aug 24, 2012

It was like wonders yesterday at The Place, Ikeja, Lagos venue of the press conference for Prezzo when he visited Nigeria and had chat with some journalists in Lagos.
During the question and answer time, the Kenyan rapper disclosed that he was in Nigeria for a serious and unfinished business, which is proposing to Goldie to marry him. With this, he and his BBA Stargame lover, Goldie, would finish what they started in the Big Brother House in South Africa.
When asked why he was in Nigeria, his response was, “My mission here is to look for Goldie. I have not spoken to her since the show ended. I came here for Goldie. In all honesty, I care about her and she cares about me. With God on my side, I pray everything works out well.”
Commenting on his marriage with his Kenyan wife who he has a daughter with, the ONE Campaign ambassador said, “I was married before, but now, we are separated. I had a baby girl with her and that is not the end of the world. Our divorce is in process, my babymama has the divorce papers with her.
“We have been living separately for the past three years. There is no relationship between us any more. I will tell Goldie that I have been thinking about her since I left the BBA house. I will marry Goldie, you will get the invitation soon.”
As at press time, there has not been any response yet from Goldie. Goldie and Prezzo developed an on and off love affair while contestants at the just concluded Big Brother Africa Stargame show.

Ghanaian Actress Kafui Danku Celebrates Her Birthday In The BigBrother Dairy Room

Posted on Aug 23, 2012

We don’t know the criteria that will qualify a personality to spend his or her memorable occasion in the Big Brother house, but we believe the  Big Brother  dairy room is not a place anyone can just pay a visit to without going through a rigorous chain of formalities.
Although the Big Brother star game has ended, one of Ghana’s top actresses Kafui Danku had the privilege to spend her birthday in the dairy room this week with one of South-African’s most prestigious production, broadcast, television, film studios and post production outfit based in Highlands North, Johannesburg. The company is called Sasani studio.
When we got in touch with Kafui to find out what project she was embarking on with Sasani studio; she revealed to us that she will give us more details when she touch down from her sojourn.
We also have the authority to  guess, so we guess she is shooting another blockbuster movie with the company.
We wish Kafui Danku a happy Birthday but still the nagging question is, how did she get the chance to celebrate her birthday in the  Big Brother house because she has never been there before? Or could she be warming herself gradually towards next year’s edition of the program? More questions than answers……….
