StarGame Loosing ‘Laid-back’ Reps

Should the show really say good bye to them? Since the StarGame show began airing, viewers have looked for those characters they deem interesting, ‘crazy’ and entertaining. The laid back personalities have since then nobly exited the game due to random nominations and consequent evictions.
From the initial 35 housemates that the house had on day 1, a few housemates who in the eyes of the viewers and basing on the particular housemates’ behaviuor in the house, they have been labelled entertaining but laid back. The likes of Esperanca, Alex, Nafe, Lee and Kyle have been described as entertaining but rather laid back housemates. Talking about Esperience, she only became noticed when she wanted to leave the house on numerous occasions and surely, if at all she had the chance to be exposed to evictions, she would most probably not have survived.
Since the evictions began, these ‘laid back’ housemates have apparently become victims of the evictions save for Esperience (Ola’s version) who bowed out of the game through a voluntary exit. The likes of Nafe and Lee have been evicted on the above grounds while their respective partners who are more outspoken are still featuring in the game. Perhaps this is exactly what Wati wanted to find out; the Malawian housemate queried some of his fellow housemates while they were still in Downville what Africa really wanted from a housemate for them to deserve their vote. The big haired rep perhaps saw it befitting to become more entertaining for the viewers and well the results of that are clearly manifested today.
Does Africa want Entertainers or well groomed entertaining housemates in the house? Well, whichever way it is, entertainment seems to be the leading factor in this instance and perhaps that’s why housemates are positively benefiting from the loophole.
It also seems like whenever housemates are up for possible eviction, the so called laid back housemates do not survive the chop block as this is already manifested in the recent few evictions. The only remaining ‘laid back’ housemates in the house are probably Alex and Kyle, the two entertaining and humorous reps could also go through what their colleagues Nafe and Lee went through unless the precious African votes suggest other wise. Nafe also confirmed in his recent interview after his eviction a few days ago that perhaps he was evicted because Africa thought he was a laid back housemate and maybe wild and entertaining housemates were preferred.
However, it’s also on record that of all the disqualifications that have taken place in the house have affected the ‘entertaining housemates’ but this leaves people wondering as to why the entertainers would step on other peoples’ toes and get themselves disqualified thus leaving a bad reputation behind. Does this mean that the ‘entertainers’ are going beyond their fences? Perhaps!
Watching fights, quarrels, arguments and drinking sprees seems to have a huge backing but hopefully at least for once Africa decides to save the ‘laid back’ personalities because there’s probably so much to learn from them.
