Join Goldie And Uti at the Exquisite Magazine Against Cancer Walk

On Saturday 1st September 2012, Nigerian lifestyle publication, Exquisite Magazine, would hold its quarterly event – The Exquisite Magazine against Cancer Walk, a gathering in Lagos formally called the Exquisite Fashion Party, to help increase the awareness for cervical, breast and prostrate cancer.
Every year, Exquisite Magazine has been able to screen a number of people free of charge at the exquisite fashion party. Instead of a party, the Exquisite Magazine Against Cancer Walk has been created with the aim of screening even more people. In the last 2 years, 25% of people screened had early stages of cervical cancer and EM aims to help raise more awareness for cancer and highlight the importance of early detection.
According to Exquisite Magazine’s rep, the aim of this walk is to continue to increase awareness for cervical cancer which kills a woman every hour in Nigeria, breast cancer which kills a woman every minute and prostrate cancer which affects 8 in 10 black men.
Joining you to walk on that day are the publisher of Exquisite Magazine Tewa Onasanya, BBA 2010 Winner Uti Nwachukwu, Pop Sensation Goldie, Rising Nigerian actress Uru Eke, On air personalities Matse and Toolz, and Nigerian producer/artsite Don Jazzy.
Registration
To partake in the Exquisite Magazine against Cancer Walk, you have to register at the following locations;

• Tastee Fried Chicken Outlets in Surulere, Ikoyi, Opebi, Lekki, Victoria Island, Agege, Ogba and Festac
• Adeniran Ogunsanya Mall, Surulere, Lagos
• The Hub Media Store, The Palms Shopping Mall, Lekki, Lagos
• On the day of the walk by 7 AM
